If you're local in Long Island, I offer in home weekly support for mamas in their postpartum stage. We can discuss the type of help you are looking for and how often. This will allow you to do things like, take a nap, shower, get some breastfeeding support and more. Every mama is different and every need will be different. Let's chat to see how I can give you what you'll need.
If you're local in Long Island, I offer in person monthly women's circles. These circles are offered the last Tuesday of each month. This class allows for you to take one hour for yourself to self reflect through journaling, stretch with a little yoga, aromatherapy, get an oracle card message for the month and end with a crystal bowl sound meditation. I've paired up with Lacey, a Crystal sound bowl specialist, who dives deep into supporting you with her soothing sounds from these incredible bowls.

Hello everyone! I'm Roseanna Zahralban, and if you've stumbled upon my page, chances are you're exploring postpartum support services. Let me give you a glimpse into my world.
I'm a proud mama to a 3-year-old bundle of energy, who keeps me on my toes every single day (with another one on the way!) My journey with motherhood began when my husband and I met at the age of 24, and from that moment on, life took its beautiful course.
My career initially bloomed in the education sector as a teacher. With six certifications under my belt and a master's degree, I found immense fulfillment in shaping young minds. However, life had other plans for me.
After welcoming my son into the world, the prospect of returning to work felt like an uphill battle. I spent his first year at home, but when I did return part-time for his second year, it was a constant struggle. Postpartum depression weighed heavily on me, turning each workday into a daunting task. The tears on my commute and the eagerness to rush back home painted a vivid picture of my inner turmoil. Balancing PPD, work commitments, and the ache of missing my son took its toll on my mental well-being. Despite being labeled as 'strong' throughout my life, asking for help felt foreign and uncomfortable. But after eight months of silently battling, I took that courageous step. Seeking support wasn't easy; the available options often felt inadequate for my specific needs. That's when I realized the need to fill the gap myself.
Now, I'm here to bridge that very gap. Drawing from my own journey and struggles, I aim to provide postpartum support services that are not just accessible but tailored to the unique needs of every individual. Because every mama deserves a helping hand and a safe space to navigate this beautiful yet challenging phase of life.
As a mother, I intimately understand the rollercoaster ride of emotions and challenges that come with those precious first months postpartum. I've experienced the overwhelming exhaustion, the sense of isolation, and the struggle to carve out even a moment for myself amidst the demands of motherhood. Society bombards us with impossible standards—we're expected to excel in every role, from nurturing parent to devoted partner, while maintaining a spotless home and somehow prioritizing self-care.
I get it; the pressure to do it all can be suffocating. I've been there, too, constantly praised for my strength yet yearning for someone to acknowledge my vulnerabilities. But let me tell you, strength doesn't mean shouldering burdens alone—it means recognizing when you need support and having the courage to reach out.
That's why I'm here—to be your ally, your confidante, your sanctuary in the storm. I'm here to validate your feelings, to remind you that it's okay to not have it all together all the time. You don't have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we'll navigate the highs and lows of new motherhood, and I'll do everything in my power to ensure you feel understood, supported, and cared for during this incredibly tender and transformative time in your life.
